Official reunion schedule

Here is the official schedule for the weekend.

Friday:
6-9pm Family cookout
Bring your family to the Melonie Park South Clubhouse located at 3502 74th Street at the corner of Bill Miller Park.
Dinner provided will be hamburgers, hot dogs, sides and drinks. BYOB if you desire. :)

Saturday:
9am- Tour of Lubbock High School
Meet on the east side of the building and current LHS students will take us through and show us how the building has changed.

10am-2pm- Bring your own picnic lunch to Legacy Play Village at McAlister Park
McAlister Park is located at the corner of Brownfield Hwy & Milwaukee Ave. If you have kids, or are still a kid a great time for you. Come and spend time with your classmates. There is a large playground as well as horseshoe pits, a disc golf course, a skate park and of course a famous playa lake. The reunion will not be providing food at this event, either save yourself some $ and bring your own, or take advantage of all those hot spots you've missed since high school and bring some restraunt food with you.

6-9pm- Adult only Reunion Dinner at the Lubbock Women's club. The women's club is located at 2020 Broadway . Dinner will be dressy, but not formal attire. Doors open at 6, and dinner will be at 7. Dancing will follow dinner. There will be a cash bar, so if you desire bring cash. :) Parking around the Women's club is limited, so be preparred to walk. (sorry)

10:30-12- Party at Cafe J, 2605 19th Street.
The bar inside is really sweet, and they have reserved the outdoor patio just for us! Cary will be DJ-ing from about 10:30-12 so COME OUT AND PARTY! If you didn't pay for the school sponsored reunion stuff it doesn't matter! Meet us at Cafe J and bring as many people as you

RSVP Deadline extension

ALL RSVPS must be received by Monday June 8th. We must have a final count at this time. If you have not RSVP'd yet, but would like to attend. Please send an e-mail to lubbockhigh99@yahoo.com with details of how many people will be coming and how you would like to pay. Payments can be sent through the mail or via paypal. All paypal payments must be bank transfers now as I am not allowed to accept any further credit card payments through my account.

Saturday night a dinner will be held at the Women's Club. The address is 2020 Broadway. Dinner will be dressy, but not formal attire. Doors open at 6, and dinner will be at 6:30. Dancing will follow dinner.

New Price & Golfing Event

RSVPs can still be submitted until June 5th. The cost is now $35 a person.

Louis Howell would like to gauge interest on a golf outing either Saturday after the picnic or Sunday morning. Anyone who is interested can email him at lhowell@slatonisd.net

So if you are interested in golfing please let Louis know.

May 20th

May 20th, is your last day to RSVP for the reunion at the price of $25 per person. As of May 21st the price will be increasing. After that you will only have about 2 weeks to get your RSVP in before we have to give a final count for Saturday night.
Also details for Friday night have been made final. We will be having a cook out at the Melonie Park South Clubhouse. The address is 3502 74th. There are indoor facilities, as well as tennis courts, basketball courts, and a volleyball court. Bring a ball or some old photos, and spend time with old friends!

RSVP Deadline

The RSVP deadline for the reunion is Wednesday May 20th. Please e-mail me with your information and preferred payment method by then!
We will probably be able to take RSVPs and payment beyond that date, but the cost will increase beyond $25 per person at that point. Please pass this along to anyone you know who is interested.

RSVPs & Cost

The cost for the weekend will be $25 per adult. This will cover costs for your dinner Friday night, park rental on Saturday, and dinner and entertainment on Saturday night. Kids can come to Friday night and Saturday afternoon at no cost.

Your name as a class member (Please include maiden names.)
Name and number of any adult that will be joining you.
Number & ages of children that will be coming to the events.
Indicate if you would rather pay by mail or through PayPal.

After you RSVP you will be sent more information on making payment for your reservation.
